BSc Honours in Chemistry, Minor in Neuroscience, Dalhousie University (2023, Erin R. Johnson)
PhD in Chemistry, The University of Victoria (present, J. S. McIndoe/S. S. Chitnis)
I graduated with a BSc honours in chemistry and minor in Neuroscience from Dalhousie University in 2023, under the supervision of Prof. Erin R. Johnson. While at Dalhousie, I was heavily involved in research of all kinds, including main group inorganic synthetic chemistry, density-functional theory, and accessibility in chemical education.
I’m currently a graduate student at the University of Victoria for the McIndoe lab (and soon to be Chitnis lab). My research thus far has been in developing inexpensive automative devices to improve the accessibility of automative tools in chemistry. The next part of my research will be on making new 3D printing materials.
Outside of work, I like making art of all kinds. I like writing, drawing and making/recording music.
I have a lot of varied interests, from chemistry to engineering to art. If you would like to get into contact with me about any of these things, please feel free to message me (see the Contact page).
