After many years of having to do everthing online, there has finally been an in person event that I can attend for chemistry: Chemcon! Three days of chemistry talks, interspersed with workshops, panels and networking. The most people I’ve seen in ages as well.

A personal highlight from this year was being invited to be a part of the student EDIA (equity, diversity, inclusivity and accessibility) panel to discuss CVD in chemistry education. A big thank you to Dr. Jennifer L. MacDonald for inviting and hosting the panel, it was a lot of fun.
